Snuggle project

   I've explored diverse approaches to rebranding existing products, involving the creation of new names, logos, and packaging. Examining successful brands like Snuggle, gimMe Snacks, and Colgate, I realized that being excessively progressive may not always be the optimal strategy.

   During my limited time with Snuggle, I maximized my efforts by designing three impactful solutions aligned with the brand's marketing objectives. Firstly, the "welcome email" offers a 30% discount to new subscribers, fostering excitement and encouraging initial purchases. Secondly, the "Tips and Products email" delivers pertinent information about Snuggle products and laundry efficiency tips to subscribers. Lastly, the "Supercare feedback email" establishes a channel for communication between Snuggle and its customers, facilitating feedback on their brand experience. Through these emails, Snuggle aims to sustain robust customer relationships while consistently delivering high-quality products and services.

Welcoming email

   As a marketing intern at DMI Partners, I've been researching strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention, with a notable focus on the "Welcome discount email" strategy used by successful brands like Snuggle. I propose integrating this email into Snuggle's marketing plan to not only boost sign-ups but also give new subscribers a compelling reason for their initial purchase.

   The email should highlight the advantages of joining the Snuggle community, offering exclusive discounts, early product access, and personalized recommendations. Additionally, a first-time buyer discount code can be included to incentivize completing the initial purchase. Considering that the welcome email often marks the first brand interaction, making a strong first impression is crucial. Therefore, the email should be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and feature a clear call-to-action (CTA) directing subscribers to the website for their purchase.

   Moreover, it's crucial for Snuggle to uphold its commitment to subscribers by delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This not only builds trust and loyalty but also encourages ongoing business with the brand.

Tips and tricks email

   We understand life can be complicated, and dealing with laundry care should be the least of your worries. Our goal is to simplify the process for our customers by offering a diverse range of laundry care products that cater to individual needs, whether it's sensitive skin, a large family, or a specific scent preference.

   To enhance convenience, we've developed a weekly email flow introducing different products and providing a sample with each online order. This allows customers to try new products without committing to a full-sized purchase. Our email flow also shares tips on maximizing the effectiveness of our products, including stain removal techniques and proper fabric softener usage.
