One Minute SaiGon understood the crucial role of social media during the COVID-19 pandemic. Collaborating closely with healthcare authorities, we embarked on various initiatives. Among them, a poignant experience was capturing unedited photos of frontline health workers to authentically portray their daily reality.

We took proactive steps to disseminate essential information across our website and multiple organic social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Additionally, we mobilized our leadership team, including the Pharmaceutical CMO and Medical Director, to encourage medical professionals to share updates on their personal social media profiles. Furthermore, we leveraged paid social media advertising to broaden our community outreach, recognizing the limitations of organic reach on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, where only a fraction of our followers typically see organic posts.
